Our Current Rentals
Polson Bay Investors has two condos available for the 2010 vacation season.
They are both approximately 950 square feet, two-bedroom, one bath units that have nice decks overlooking Flathead Lake. Located in the city limits of Polson between Subway and the Port Polson Inn they have access to a marina if you bring your boat. Fully furnished they have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors in the kitchen – dining – living room, with carpeting down the hall to the two bedrooms. The bathroom is tiled.
Completely remodeled in 2007 these units have a complete array of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, linens, and towels. Renting only for a week or longer they rent for $750 per week or $2,100 for a month June 1 through September 1. May and September rents are $650 per week.The marina is across the street with boat slips available. There is also a boat rental facility at the marina if you need a boat. They rent hourly or daily.
A complete inventory of furniture and accessories are available upon request. A damage deposit and rental agreement is required upon scheduling the rental.
